Franz, a breast cancer survivor, was inspired to join Avon when she experienced how the company gave support to women with breast cancer. "Akala ko katapusan na ng mga pangarap ko nung magka-kanser ako. Dahil sa Avon, na-realize ko na umpisa pa lang ito ng magandang kinabukasan para sa akin at ng aking pamilya."
